Our hybrid turbocharger is engineered as a direct Plug & Play upgrade for the 3.0 TFSI EA839 found in the Audi / Porsche / VW 3.0 TFSI EA839.
We’ve replaced the stock compressor and turbine wheels with larger, higher-flow units and upgraded the corresponding housings. The result is significantly increased airflow capacity, allowing higher and safer boost levels for greater power potential.
In addition, the original journal bearings have been replaced with precision ball bearings. This delivers faster spool, sharper throttle response, and reduced turbo lag.
This hybrid turbo is perfectly suited for built EA839 engines, ethanol-fueled setups, roll racing, and drivers who want to push the factory turbo location to its limits without switching to a full custom large-frame conversion
For optimal results, we strongly recommend upgrading the intercooler, downpipe, sports catalyst, and full exhaust system. An upgraded turbo intake system is also advised to unlock maximum performance.
