PA 6 Port B58 GEN2 Upgrade Stage 2 and Stage 3 Performance Turbocharger

Introducing the B58 GEN2 Performance Turbochargers, our Stage 2 6269 and Stage 3 6769 turbochargers offer a straightforward path to higher power. They replace the factory unit and are rated to support roughly 700 hp in Stage 2 form or 800 hp in Stage 3 form when combined with the right supporting modifications, fuel, and calibration.

Feature highlights

• Significantly higher power ceiling — Stage 2 is rated for approximately 700 hp and Stage 3 for around 800 hp (actual results depend on supporting mods, fuel quality, and tuning), well above the stock turbo’s roughly 400 hp capability. Suited to serious street or track builds.
• Larger billet compressor wheels — Stage 2 features a 62 mm inducer and 82 mm exducer billet compressor wheel, while Stage 3 moves to a 67 mm inducer and 84 mm exducer. Both are a clear step up from the OEM 51 mm inducer / 68 mm exducer design for improved airflow and efficiency.
• Bigger inlet — Stage 2 and Stage 3 use a 74 mm / 72 mm inlet compared with the factory 56 mm inlet, helping reduce restriction. Compressor A/R stays at 0.60 on all versions.
• Stronger turbine side — Both upgraded stages employ a 62 mm inducer / 69 mm exducer turbine wheel with an A/R of 1.08, versus the stock 50 mm inducer / 56 mm exducer and 0.87 A/R, allowing greater exhaust flow and higher power potential.
• VSR balanced — Stage 2 VSR and Stage 3 VSR options are high-speed balanced for smoother running, lower vibration, and better longevity at elevated RPMs.
• Direct replacement fitment — Designed to bolt in place of the factory B58 Gen2 6-port turbo, using the original mounting points and oil/water lines.
• Broad platform coverage — Intended for BMW B58 Gen2 6-port applications such as the X3/X4 M40i, 640i Gran Turismo, 340i Gran Turismo, and similar models. Always confirm exact compatibility with your vehicle’s OE turbo number and manifold type prior to purchase.
